Congratulations to Old Boy Maj Alex Mills (Class of 1998) a Combat Manoeuvre Trainer with the British Army on his promotion to Lt Col. After a posting in the Sultanate of Oman, Alex and his family are now based in Tallinn, Estonia, and their next stop is Germany!

Alex has enjoyed a successful career in the British Army, Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (which started in the CCF) since leaving BGS and graduating from The University of Sheffield with a BA in Modern Languages.

We hope to welcome Alex back to school in the future to speak to our CCF Cadets about his career in the army, and wish him every success in his new role, which we are sure will be a wonderful adventure for him and his family!
