After six years of research and writing, I am excited to announce that my first book has been published by Pen & Sword. The Life of Eva Perón: First Lady, Activist, Actress and Philanthropist explores the life of the polarising Argentine First Lady through the intersection of politics, society, and fashion.

I have always loved history, and the supportive teachers that I had at BGS made me want to concentrate on the subject. I studied at university for a BA in History and an MA in History of Design and Material Culture. During my undergraduate studies I began working in the heritage sector, with a focus on dress history. I have written for a number of magazines and newspapers and began my research on Eva Perón in 2018. At first, I thought that my research might lead to a journal article but after speaking to the publishers Pen & Sword they were very keen to publish my findings as a book.
