Lysha left BGS in the summer of 1992 and went on to complete her HND in Business Management in 1994. Her first role was in Marketing before she relocated to the Midlands for her first major corporate role with FMCG giant Britvic Soft Drinks. 

Lysha began her Recruitment journey in the Midlands within engineering recruitment before moving into media and marketing roles in Manchester. In 2002, she ‘fell’ into Rec2Rec and by 2005 she had launched QUI Recruitment, a business now known across the industry for its honesty, insight, and for sustaining long-term professional relationships.

Lysha wears many hats: she was a judge for the Recruiter Awards (2020-2025) and she is the host of the globally streamed 'The Recruiter's Recruitment' Podcast, now in its 6th season. She is regularly a keynote speaker at industry events, is an executive 121 coach to founders, and is a Co-Founder of the exclusive community, 'Women in Recruitment Leadership'. 

Lysha has been based in Ramsbottom since 2005 and loves being part of the alumni; always nurturing young adults on their skills, attitudes and being job ready.
