In Memoriam |
Thanks to Chris Schofield, Class of 1965, Sydney, Australia, for sharing this very sad news with our community.
It is with deep sadness that I inform you of the death of my best friend at school, Mark Jennings (1947-2025). Mark and I started in Kindergarten together. He left school around 1965. I believe his fondest memory of his school days was playing rugby under JED Ferley. Mark came from Tottington where his father ran Hargreaves and Jennings foundry. Mark passed away on 12 January 2025. He lived in Benson, Oxfordshire. Mark was a retired international general manager from British American Tobacco Company, having worked in Belgium, Germany, Hungary and Indonesia.
