Each year Bury Grammar School pupils, parents, and staff are invited to participate in a survey about our school where they are asked to provide their insight, views and experiences. Survey questions are largely taken from the questions which our inspectorate asks.
These surveys help us to listen, reflect and often act on what our immediate community are telling us, and we were overwhelmed by the extent of the positive responses from pupils, staff and parents who took the time to complete the surveys this year.
Overall, the results are even more affirming than those obtained last year, the results of which we carefully analysed and acted upon. Indeed, the responses from all stakeholders were overwhelmingly in agreement with the survey statements making it difficult to identify emerging themes but helped enormously by the very positive comments provided in the open text boxes.
Here is a snippet from one of our pupils which makes us incredibly proud indeed... "I adore it here...and I AM HONOURED to be here."
Another said: "I have made lots of new friends and I like all the subjects that there are! School encourages me to learn new things and to always be kind to everyone!"
Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide us with their feedback. We are pleased to share the results with you via the link below:
